Return window
Except for legal exceptions, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The request must be sent by email with the order number.

Product condition
The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, protective items and labels. Products damaged by improper use, incomplete or returned without prior approval may be refused.

Return method
To start a return, contact customer service first. We will send you the return instructions and return address. Do not ship the product before receiving return confirmation.

Damaged product or preparation error
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the parcel and product. We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

Return costs
Return costs are borne by the customer except in the case of an incorrect product, confirmed defect or preparation error attributable to the store. No restocking fee applies.

Refund processing time
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be made using the available payment method or by bank transfer. Receipt timing may vary depending on the bank.
